Profile Issue

Could someone please nudge my profile back to its usual 2000k. It is currently 250k.
Some BT speedtest stats:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 133 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 400-2000 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :2592 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 2000 Kbps

Your profile is 2000, it's your download speed that seems to be suffering. Take a look at this troubleshooter

it may give you some useful tips to get that resolved. If not you would be able to raise a fault via the link on the page.
