Product change results in inappropriate profile figure

Changed ADSL product last night and note that my PN profile changed from 4.8Mbps to an optimistic 21Mbps - if only

Browsing is sluggish (especially on the forums) and a too high profile is known to be undesirable. Current line synch is 5.5Mbps - can you fix my profile please?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
