Probs following Interleaving changes

Hi,
On 23rd Dec I requested Interleaving being switched OFF. Up until then my line profile had grown to 13000, yet I could sync at 16000-17000 and believe I could probably get a little more from the line.
On 24th Dec my ticket said "Placing on hold to discuss with V.G. I have tried placing the order but get an error message."
On the 28th Dec, my ticket said "We have now placed a manual regrade. "
On the 30th Dec my ticket said "Your regrade order has now completed. "
Then the fun started...  Noticed my sync started dropping along with my profile. Some of these drops could be my part (trying to get a better Sync) but I've also experienced some lockups that could be either router or Internet. Currently my profile is 9000 and Sync is 10800.
Attached the Router stats details.
Should I get Interleaving turned back on ?

I don't understand that. Your upstream errored seconds is longer than your up time!

Could this be a 'feature' of the router ?    DG834GT  Running DGTeam 848 firmware

Re: Probs following Interleaving changes

If it is the same as the standard firmware the error seconds only reset on a reboot not a resync

Re: Probs following Interleaving changes

The LAN up time is the same as the WAN - doesn't that indicate a reboot?

It's been switched on again now and the stats attached...    To the Novice it looks better, but what do the experts think ?
