Problems with portal, homepages and email (webmail and outlook)

how do you get to see the service status,  go there and make a pot of coffee while you wait for it to come up
Can we have a cut and paste to here, looks like the only thing that is working

Webmail seems to be working now.

The data centre outage has affected our webmail service and currently customers attempting to log in are seeing an error message stating that the connection to the server has been reset.
Our network engineers are aware of this issue and currently looking into the problem. A further update will be posted as soon as any further information is available.

Sorry for coming in a bit late here chaps, everyone's well ahead of me so there's not a lot I can say... er, we're working on it and things are pretty much all OK? Oh wait you all knew that too... well if anything else happens I'll pop back to find out let you all know what's going on.

It looks like the Portal is still down, waited for my coffee to go cold but still not loaded CSC said they know it was not fixed last night, pity the status said it was

Portal working fine here!  Only problem is VMBU is showing zero usage and isn't updating.

just tried again, got onto front page OK but could not get into Member Centre

Working fine here but no VMBU showing.

Tried my usual link http://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=myconnection and it is just sitting there - "loading"
Seems intermittent  - now seems to work but very slowly

VMBU not updating, phone calls not updated, apart from that everything else that I normally use appears to be working, albeit a bit laggy on odd occasions.
