Problems with portal, homepages and email (webmail and outlook)

Bit blooming slow now though.... BT test says:
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
    Your DSL connection rate: 7616 kbps(DOWN-STREAM),  448 kbps(UP-STREAM)
    IP profile for your line is - 6500 kbps
    Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 30 kbps
Unfortunately I can't test further as my stupid ADSL router won't let me leave the password blank for the bt_test_user thing.

Been having problems accessing the Daftasakipper home page and links on there since around 8:30 this evening. Altho general surfing via bookmarks is fine.
.:Edit:. Also just tried to phone Tech Support and was told that they are having problems accessing things from there also.

It doesn't need to be blank - you can put anything you like in the box!

PAYH still seems to be down

PAYH is still down ..cannot login to the control panel, website is down and showing an error
and cannot log in to it via FTP either...it is saying Valid Name, no data of requested type....

I don't know who is on at CSC but I suggest you phone and say that you still have problems. Matt has posted a service status announcement at 2203. I'm also getting the IMAP error message when logging into webmail.
