BBC iPlayer often stops on our Samsung LEC650 TV. Somedays it's fine for hours, then it stops completely and can't be restarted by turning off etc etc. How can I ask for my traffic management to be checked? many thanks
There's no specific traffic management for iPlayer on different devices as it's all the same traffic. Do you have issues watching iPlayer on another device?

No. After hanging on for 20 minutes I finally got through to Plus.net customer services. The agent told me the same as yourself can only advise contacting Samsung. dick:quote
