Problems with broadband activation

My broadband was supposed to go live today and after a quick call to see what was going on they finally sent me the confirmation of broadband activation by email and text. After two hours of trying the broadband still won't work and after another call to plusnet i now have to wait a further 72 hours for an engineer to check the line etc.... (even though an engineer checked it all this Monday gone ). Anyone else have similar problems with plusnet broadband? I'm seriously debating cancelling all plusnet services if I have to wait any longer
