My Plusnet broadband recently became active, and I connected via both an iPhone and a netbook (running Linux Ubuntu) with no problem. However, when trying to connect using my other computer for the first time (an Apple Mac laptop running OSX), I am getting a "password invalid" message when attempting to log in to Plusnet. After several tries it let me log in once, but after switching on again later, I started getting the "password invalid" message again and have been unable to reconnect, though the connection is still fine on my other computer.
I am using the default password that came with the Thomson router provided by Plusnet. Any suggestions as to remedies? Many thanks.
