My plusnet works for a while, then tells me page cannot be found, it does this on google chrome and internet explorer.
I have to switch the router off and on again and it is ok for a couple of hours and the it goes wrong again. I have an ethnet
cable attached.
Can any one help?

Hi there,
Just wondering, are these drops all you rebooting the router? If not you may have an intermittent fault there:

If they are all reboots by yourself then we'd definitely need to look into what's failing, I'm wondering at the moment if it's not sync drops whether it could be something going on with DNS.

Thank you for replying to my question. Yes this is me rebooting the router. It just seems to go off at times and tells me page cannot be found,
so I switch the router off and on again and it's fine for a while. This has only been happening for about a week,
both on explorer and google chrome,it was fine at first. I have only been with plusnet for about 7 weeks.
I have never had this problem before with my old internet provider. I managed to get into plusnet and it said " 500 internal server error
but I don't know what this means

In that case it might be worth giving our support team a call. It could be an issue with the router or it could be the connection dropping - but they'll be able to get to the bottom of it for you.
EDIT: Apologies, including a phone number would have been a good idea 08004320200 from a land line or 03451400200 from a mobile.

Thank you, I have been in contact with plusnet and they are looking into it.
It has been alright since yesterday, so I am keeping my fingers crossed.
