Problem with BT Voyager 105 ADSL modem

I got this modem when I signed up to Force9 in September 2005.  For the past 6-9 mths my pc periodically crashes (getting the blue screen) and it seems to be down to the modem.  I have downloaded the driver again from the Force9 website and uninstalled and re-installed driver but still happening.  Does anyone else have this problem?  Any suggestions?

Re: Problem with BT Voyager 105 ADSL modem

Hi there,
Whilst I don't have any advice to offer as you have already tried reinstalling the software, should you move onto one of our Broadband Your Way products - Option 2 is the same price and offers 8GB usage during peak hours of 8am until midnight.  You would also be entitled to a free one-port wireless router if you stay with us for 12 months.  It's still a monthly contract though.
I've had a look at your usage and the product looks ideal.

I used to have problems with this USB modem, chiefly of speed. I now use a D-Link DSL 300T in my LAN port and have had no further trouble.

You could also try downloading the drivers again from BT's Voyager site at http://www.voyager.bt.com/index.htm
