Price Increases

Is it correct that all established customers have been billed more in January than previously despite the fact that published prices state that subcription rates are "INCLUSIVE of V.A.T." ?

Re: Price Increases

but the VAT rate increased from 15% to 17.5% and not all packages increased, only those that had a reductions last Janaury from 17.5 to 15, so the most recent - Value, Preium and Pro I think stay the same

Re: Price Increases

Hi there,
Our prices do include VAT, but until December at the rate of 15%. As the VAT rate increased to 17.5% we changed all but the currently sold products to reflect this.
It's worth noting that we reduced prices in late 2008 when the rate of VAT reduced. Wink
There's an FAQ here with the most recent changes detailed.

Tatterdemalion: If I follow where you seem to be leading I think you are suggesting that because Plusnet's prices are advertised as being inclusive of VAT they should not have decreased the prices when the VAT rate went down?
