Postini rejecting valid email

Hello,
I've noticed that a few Plusnet accounts that I look after have had valid email rejected.  I tried to turn off spam settings but I gather these aren't controlling Postini at the moment.  It's a bit alarming since one of the emails that was rejected was a booking confirmation from Easyjet.  Most of the domains I control already have adequate spam controls elsewhere, the email is then forwarded to the Plusnet mailbox so is unlikely to receive spam - for this reason I'd like to have all spam controls turned off completely.  I raised a ticket last week to have it turned off but nothing's been done, I also raised a ticket on one of the other accounts today, I'd be grateful if someone could action them:

OK thanks Bob, I'll turn off the Edge protection tomorrow as you suggest.
