Postini "Approve Senders"

I must be missing something simple... but I've got two Plusnet accounts, both have spam filtering set to quarantine.
In one, when I log into Postini, there's a settings menu ("My Settings") where I can whitelist/blacklist, change my password etc.
In the other account, this menu does not exist. It's normally to the left of Log Out.
Any ideas? Very odd....

You shouldn't have access to the settings menu. Have a look at the post here, in particular...
