Hi,
I'm wondering if my profile is stuck again, had a few disconnects and although my router reports the achievable speed as what I'd expect a disconnect/reconnect results in the same speed every time - could someone take a look please?

Hi @steve_arnold,
The line was banded. I've put a reset through which has dropped the connection, updated and reconnected, the profile on the account has been pushed up to match the exchange too so you should notice an increase shortly.

That's brilliant news, @steve_arnold.
Keep an eye on it for the next 48(ish) hours and we should then have an indication as to whether or not the issue is fully resolved.
