Portal Slow?

Is it me or is the portal slow this afternoon?...specifically access to Product Change.

I thought that was normal, or do you mean even slower than normal?

All's fine here, just checked the server status and no issues for portals

I've just tried it and having entered the login details I've been waiting about two minutes and it's not responding. It does seem to be just product change (the rest of the member centre is fine). I wonder if it's because it refreshes the speed estimate?
Edit: 30 minutes and still waiting

Ended up rebooting PC as M$ had a queue of updates waiting.
Portal quicker but Product Change very slow. There must be an awful lot of back office stuff occurring.
Or maybe because the fibre street cabinet is only 24 hours old the system is not sure if it's there or not yet

www.dslchecker.bt.com is taking ages to respond - wonder if that is linked?

If that is causing the portal to hang when you try to go in to product change there needs to be a timeout and a message to say speed estimates not available. The portal hanging because someone else's system is down is not acceptable!
