Port fowarding to IP Address ( acting as server)

Hi i was wondering if anyone can help me.
I need to set up port forwarding on port 80 to a particular ip address, so my laptop address is acting as a server.

PORT 80  > IP 192.X.X.X ( My ip address)
I know i can set this up and it change as i am assigned a dynamic address.
Is there an option inside the route for this my old sky router had no issues.

I take it you are using the PN router?
IN the menu there is an option for port forwarding,
Just setup port 80 to point to the device you want to have as a web server.
Then setup the client for no-ip/why so that when your ip changes you can still access it.
