Good afternoon
I am having some issues with my new router, this being my alarm communicator has stopped working. On speaking with the tech support dept they advised opening ports, which i have done, but still no joy. The communications device is visible on the router and can be identified via the MAC address. On speaking back with the manufacturer and they have advised that the device is connected to the network locally but no information can be sent externally back to their servers. Has anybody else come across this issue or similar.
