Poor upload and download speed.

Joined Plusnet from 02 a couple of months ago and the download speed has dropped from 6.6 MB/s to about 2.5 MB/s in the last couple of days. Tried fixes with cables, filters. etc but nothing works.
Also could you lift the cap on my upload speed as well as it's very poor, thanks.

Hi there,
I've just placed an order to uncap the upstream on Monday for you.
I've run some checks and diagnostics for the downstream and can't see an obvious issue I'm afraid. If that continues to be an issue I'd advise raising a fault online at http://faults.plus.net

How are the checking your download speed?

Using speedtest.net and this http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ amongst others. All showing 2.44 MB/s down, about 0.31MB/s up.
Thanks to Adam for addressing upload speed cap, hope to see an improvement from Monday.
