Poor throughput

hi i have a similar problem but not my sync speed my atual through put. check this out-
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test:  -provides background information.
    Your DSL connection rate: 10151 kbps(DOWN-STREAM),  1084 kbps(UP-STREAM)
    IP profile for your line is - 7150 kbps
    Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 285 kbps

ADSL2+ faults are raised to our faults team, where we have dedicated ADSL2+ resource.

Ignore the throughput results on the BT Speedtester.  There's a 99.9% chance it's wrong.

yeah latency looking good now. tested around 9pm last night. but now have another problem with my bandwidth check out this-

That's not a problem with your bandwidth.
It's a known issue with the BT Speedtester being particularly useless.

Can you reboot your router and retest?

rebooted the router looks ok now strange!
