Poor performance with Chromecast

Hi guys,

No general performance issues with ADSL broadband so far (switched a few weeks ago from BT) but since changing over, casting from Chrome or a phone to our Chromecast has been very unreliable (lots of lag and sometimes reducing down to unwatchably low resolution. These issues did not exist before changing to PlusNet,

As stated, general performance is absolutely fine and browsing not a problem.

Any ideas?

Hi there,

It sounds like WiFi may be the issue here. Please try following the advice shown here, specifically I would advise changing the router settings to connect to a different channel.
