Poor Speeds Tonight!?

Hi,
    tonight i am recieving pretty poor speeds and im on plusnet pro also ping is terrible,this test done after gateway hopping,whats going on?  http://www.speedtest.net/result/572070748.png

my speed is OK but PN is very slow to react,  pte-ag2.

Im on pcl ag02,speedtest done again with these results

dont know why you use Manchester, the PN centrals are in Dockside London

Speeds picked back up but dont know about the ping situation,my broadband speedtest doesn not show ping.

Just as well - the ping test on speedtest.net is pretty useless.

I could have sworn it said a useless 195 ms in the bottom left
