Poor Speeds Return Again. Can someone please take a look?

Well my Poor speeds have returned again. On a FTTC connection, my estimate is for 49.8Mb (+/- 1MB), I usually sit at around 25 Mb, but this morning my speeds are at a pitiful 1.57Mb on the BT speed tester. Have run the additional diagnostics but I keep getting this:-

I have raised a fault, ticket number 80627577. Please can someone take a look becasue I am so tired of paying £27 a month for a sub standard service.  Thanks in anticipation.

Re: Poor Speeds Return Again. Can someone please take a look?

upload speed is borked on that particular test
this will need staff to comment as without a successful result for the IP profile we don't have enough information to help

Doesn't look too bad but what does this say https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed
By the way - those results are from the Further Diagnostics

Re: Poor Speeds Return Again. Can someone please take a look?

Jim, thanks for your help. I know those are results from the further diagnostics, what I meant was they were in red, stating they were failing, as not what I should be getting. The results from your link:-
Estimated line speed:
There's no speed estimate currently held on your account.
Current line speed:
    25.6 Mb
Thanks for your help.

Re: Poor Speeds Return Again. Can someone please take a look?

That should increase to 27.3Mbps and then you will get a small increase in speed

Just bumped the profile on our side up to 27300 to match, hope it improves the speeds for you.
