Something clearly is not right with my FTTC service as speed is painfully slow pings are high changing gateway has not improved this quiet line test done and line clear so far openreach have done a DLM reset and swapped out the openreach modem as that was overheating but now the slow speed is worse than before .

I've taken a look at your connection and there's certainly nothing showing that your speeds dropped that low.

Still using a wired connection wireless is disabled on the router .

Speed seems to have come back up just done a new speed test and ip profile has increased but current line speed in my account still showing 70.6 .
