What is the normal response time to actually reading a ticket? I raised one about 8 hours ago - but no-one bothered to read it or pass it on to the appropriate dept. I suppose I shall have to get into telephonic communication later tonight when the queue might be smaller. It wasn't worth raising the ticket (to sort out a stuck profile) if I have to say it all again verbally.
Agreed , i raised a ticket to remove the extra upload sync , premium max or something didnot get a response so closed the ticked , i also responded to my fault ticket to have my snr reduced to 9 nearly 24 hrs ago and not a peep .. just dont hold your breath never was like this either that or they just cant be asked with me hehe
