Poor Connection again.............

Well the title says it all really, my FTTC connection has dropped off markedly once again. We had a power cut the other morning which has affected our connection, but it has been getting gradually worse for weeks, and its a process which keeps repeating itself every few months. My estimate on Bt`s checker is for 47.8 Mb down. I have never got close to that speed, the best I have had is around 35Mb. The speed usually sits around the 25-26 Mb mark, however I am now getting 19.9 With a ping of anything between 50 -79 ms!

Re: Poor Connection again.............

@dai
I've just checked your account and performed some diagnostics, where as I can't see any obvious issues I've just updated your speed profile to 27400kbs to match that of our suppliers.
My advice would be to head to http://faults.plus.net to raise this issue and I'm certain we can help.

Re: Poor Connection again.............

Hi Adam, rebooted both router and modem, leaving off for around a hour and half to ensure dlm didn't register it as a disconnection. The outcome was the same, so I have raised a fault number 73487725
