I signed up with Plusnet on 26 October. My phone/internet service cut-off from my old supplier on the 9th November. Only now I have been given a connection date, of 3 November, to Plusnet - just wish I had never heard of them. I been on to customer services almost daily to try to sort this out. Any advise as to how to made a formal complaint I will be grateful for.
