Hello there. We now supply the Plusnet Hub Zero (Sagemcom 2704N) for ADSL connections, which is an updated router. However, I have noticed that our suppliers have occasionally been dispatching the TG582N to new customers, because I imagine there's a bit of stock left.
If you would like the new updated router, our customer options team (0800 013 2632) would be happy to provide one (worth £40) but free of charge plus P&P of £6.99 as part of a new contract, providing you're in the final 3 months of a contract. They are open 0800 to 2000 Monday to Friday and 0900 to 1800 at the weekend.
