hi, My Plusnet profile seems to be stuck at 61 mbps for the past 40+ days since the last loss of line sync occurred. BTW performance tester reports an IP profile of 68.13 mbps. I thought I read that stopping and starting PPP session might force an update but it clearly does not work, or I was mistaken. Could someone at PN give my Plusnet profile a nudge upwards so it matches the IP profile ? Thanks in advance.
