Could one of you nice Plusnet guys please look at my profile and give it a nudge if possible. My Plusnet FTTC was activated a month ago, all figures taken from BT Wholesale:
04 July. Max achievable 67.59 Mbps Actual speed 63,91 Mbps.
18 July. Current line speed 67.4 Mbps as declared by Customer Support email (14 days post activation)
04 Aug. Max achievable 62.47 Mbps Actual speed 58.16 Mbps.
As you can see my download speed has decreased by 5 Mbps within the first month of joining Plusnet !

Hi there,
Your PN and BT profiles are both matching at the moment, at 62400 so there's nothing we can do on that score I'm afraid. I suspect as more people are connected to fibre at your exchange it's adding more crosstalk issues (there's been a few threads mentioned that on here recently) which is most likely the cause of the speed drop. I could be wrong on this but believe BT are aware and looking at how it can be resolved.

Thank you for looking Matt. I trust BT will sort out these crosstalk issues soon, thereby eliminating the excessive variations in download speeds.
