Plusnet connection graphs

Hello
BT Openreach are doing cabling work in my area, maybe installing fibre.
Yesterday I phoned Plusnet support as my connection had dropped to 160k. I was told I had several dropped connections in a short period and we agreed to see if it would improve over a 72 hour period. As it was probably due to the BT work.  Sad
This morning I got a resync which brought it back to 4.5M (down attn 45db snr 9.5dB)  :),  now it has gone back to 285k again, BT again? Undecided
Is there any way to access the graph which is sometimes posted by Plusnet staff, so I can check my line disconnects etc. myself?
Thanks

Re: Plusnet connection graphs

Hi Stumpy21,
I'll have a look and see what I can find out. Meanwhile here's a graph of the connections you asked for.

Re: Plusnet connection graphs

Hi Stumpy21,
Those latest disconnections have cause the profile to fall to 135k. Have a look here for some tips on troubleshooting a dropping connection.

Re: Plusnet connection graphs

Thanks for that JoJo
No connection problems before.
I will just have to wait until BT finish their work in the cabinets and up the telegraph poles and hope everything eventually recovers.
