Are there any other Fiber customers been moved back to ASDL? My speed is:-
Download speed is now 3.88 Mbps
Upload Speed is now 0.09 Mbps
Ping is 72.13ms
Is this normal?

The high ping and low upload speed could both be due to some P2P program running and uploading, in the background or on another computer.
But your download speed of 3.88 Mbps is still faster than mine, considering I'm connected at 3712 kbps with a line attenuation of 58 db.

My router sats are:-
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 19864 kbps 443 kbps
Line Attenuation 10.1 db 5.5 db
Noise Margin 6.0 db 32.5 db
Not sure why the line is so slow as only a PC running with no background tasks.
Just hope Plusnet can sort it?

Can you post the results of a BT speed test and what your current line speed is here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=stable_rate please.

Hi BigNez,
Your IP profile is set up correctly, so you shouldn't be seeing those results. Are you connected with an ethernet cable or wireless?
If you are using wireless, try an ethernet cable, if your still getting slow speeds I'd suggest <a href="http://faults.plus.net">raising a fault</a> to resolve this.
As Jelv mentioned in the previous post, you will need to complete 3 BT speed tests, prior to running them it will give you a set of instructions to ensure your set-up is correct.

High-speed Broadband

Download Speed 3.73 Mbps
Upload Speed 0.05 Mbps
Ping 43.75 Mbps
