Plusnet Profile

Is my Plusnet Profile the speed listed on this page https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed ?
If so, it is still showing 8Mb as my current line speed. Can this be changed to match my BT profile, which is currently around 19.5Mb?
BTW, please can you ignore any disconnections, those were all me changing settings on my router. My line is still syncing at around 19-20Mb.

Your speed was stuck on 8Mb, really sorry about that. I've changed that for you so you should be noticing a significant speed increase Please let us know if not though, or if there's anything else we can do for you.

Many thanks for sorting this out. I'm already getting over 17Mbps on a speed test.
