Plusnet Profile Nudge

It looks as tho my offer to remain with a stuck Plusnet I/P profile isn't really helping you much to track down the root cause, so would you manually adjust my Plusnet profile please.....it is lagging behind the BT profile for the past 8 days.

Thanks Chris; now in effect already.
Asking for a profile nudge via the Forum certainly seems a less-complicated/more-effective method than using a ticket or phoning-in.

I think it boils down to preference as it should be applied either way. Glad it's back to what it should be.
