Plusnet Pro, worse than virgin 50mb

Does anyone know if the calls to the plusnet sales call centre and recorded? I informed them, I would be leaving virgin media and joining this company for the sole reason that the quality of the line and latency would allow me to play WoW. I've got a latency of 500ms on a good day. This, as any gamer will know. Is not an acceptable level of service. Come on PlusNet, give me this priorisied connection and incredibly low latency I was promised.....

what is the name or ip address of the sites you ave poor latency on?
we can ping it and see what the latency truly is.

as godsell has all ready can you let us know which server your playing on, this will enable those of the community that help people out when there having latency issues.
am on a none PN connection so i can compare traceroutes to see if its an isp issue or transit carrier issue ect
