Plusnet P2P Throttling?

I've not done any torrenting in a while, when I do it's generally overnight. This afty I added three things to uTorrent, each time my download speed (~20kbps) divided itself between the total number of items. They're privately tracked torrents from different hosts (eg cyclingtorrents.nl, thebox.bz) and it's (probably) configured properly this end. Must be the ISP...    I'm on 6Gpbs at the router with a 15Gb monthly limited account.
Is there a plusnet policy on this? I don't hugely object to throttling if it means I don't get contention issues on a Monday afternoon ... but ... 20k? 
Sorry if this one's been discussed recently.

Thanks for the link. I don't recall pn telling me they'd changed their ts & cs. Guess there was an email sometime.
There's some crappy numbers in there for someone paying £15 a month for a broadband service.

Change to pro and you will get line speed, set them up to download overnight, after Midnight and before 8am and they will not count towards your allowance, that is what I do.
You can easily set up a schedule using utorrent.
You may be able to get a deal on the price of pro, I managed to get one.
