Hi,

Any hekp would be anticipated - when doing FTP backups on my website using FileZilla I and often experiencing my router rebooting itself and logging a ( 13.750000) Boot reason: watchdog reset (cause: 0x2) event in the error log.

Any ideas please!

Sorry to hear you are experiencing drops when performing backups via FTP.

I have updated the automated system for your router, could you kindly factory reset the router and let us know how you get on.

Thanks for your help - rebooted as requested bit still got this in Event log, and a reboot when I tried a FTP copy of the website

17:59:48, 24 Nov.	( 13.490000) Boot reason: watchdog reset (cause: 0x2)

So any further ideas whats causing the issue?

Did you fully factory reset the device by inserting something into the pinhole at the back until the status light flashes green?
Need to check that this has been done, rather than a simple reboot/restart, as next step is likely a replacement.

No I just did a Power off reset - will do a factory one and report back!

Full factory reset redone - and had askcowlegement of firmware install. 

Still have a

reported This morning when doing a FTP back up!
