If you were on ADSL 2+ it could quite correctly be 23 meg lower than your current connection speed - although it would rise again pretty quickly.
The IP Profile is determined by your lowest recent sync speed (typically in the last 72 hours), even if that sync was for a very short time.

Had the following results for the past few days (3 days, 5 hours), think I'm in need of a nudge...
Download speedachieved during the test was - 2068 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 1000-99999 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :14691 Kbps (DOWN-STREAM), 440 Kbps (UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 12000 Kbps

We have been connected to adsl2+ now, can you nudge our profile as its half of what bt have.

Hi Matt, Chris et al,
Could you tell us how the profiles are monitored / updated, its just that BT have up'd our profile to 11000, but we are in the middle of our 10 day training period and we don't want to have you running around nudging for us every 5 mins, We were just hoping that it was an automatically updated thing and just needed to catch up.
