Please update my current line speed!

For three days, my sync speed has been between 6.1 and 6.3 Mbps. But the PN current line speed is showing as 5 Mbps. Please would someone give a nudge to bring them into line? (Username granway).

Hi there,
To do this I'd need to run a line check first for you to verify the line rate and the synch speed, however the test I've just performed shows that the line is out of synch.
Have you disconnected or powered off your router?
