Even before the product was launched the specification was for Option 1 to be a 'basic' broadband service for those who wanted to just do small amounts of browsing.

You're on Broadband Plus. Broadband Your Way Option 2 costs exactly the same. You've hardly anything to lose. In fact, if you feel like you've made a mistake after changing then I'd be happy to move you back.
