Those instructions were because for DSPAM training the headers had to be in the body of the email, and specifically NOT as an attachment.
The Postini page says they should be as an attachment.

X-pstn-addresses: from <www@postcard.ru> [22/1]-- this shows that the ostensible sender's address doesn't appear on a whitelist or blacklist (no surprise) BUT it also shows that the "user" HAS a list with one entry of 22 bytes. I wonder if Plusnet is the user in this case, and it's their list?
