Please fix my line speed

My Plusnet Unlimited Fibre service went live this morning.
BT Wholesale results are as follows:
Download Speed 36.82 Mbps. Maximum achievable speed 67.59 Mbps.
Upload Speed 14.16 Mbps.      Maximum achievable speed 20 Mbps.
Would you please increase my line speeds to reflect my IP profile (possible provisioning error)

Thank you for your welcome message.
I see that my profile is now matching as my download speed has increased to 63.91 Mbps, however my upload speed remains at 14.09 Mbps.
Can the upload speed be increased independently of the download speed.

Hi there,
I'm afraid that's not something we've got control over unfortunately. If a reboot of the router doesn't sort it then I'm afraid there's not a lot we can do - 14Mb/s certainly isn't slow enough to raise a fault on.
