Please Just Send An Engineer Out

When I was with BT ( British Telecoms ) they banded my IP PROFILE
How do I now this I contacted BT and here is the proof and alls I get when I call up PN is we are testing your circuit  Shocked

but beware there are call out charges.  The engineer can do ANYTHING when at your property. Cool

Just as easy as it is to charge you £60 if it turns out to not be a fault with your line.
Plusnet have a procedure to go through to make sure that doesn't happen.

use the faults page. 
My friend needed a BT OR Engineer and didn't bother paying hundreds!
He got his master socket relocated and he is chuffed!
He paid around 100 hundred quid and didn't mind  Crazy probably he is loaded!

Thank you to the person who handled my call he checked my line and low and behold it is banded he has past it on to the person who is dealing with my problem and i should get a call tomorrow
