Ping problems network congestion on Plusnet.

I have started having constant network congestion problems.

As you can see it is Plusnet servers, whats going on ?

Don't see a problem there, the time to the target is 19ms that's all that's important.
Hops 4 and 5 may be slow to reply to ping but the fact that later hops are not slowed down shows there no real problem.

I looked into how tracert functions more carefully and you are right.
Still i have been having ping problems on online game i play regularly.
It might be that the game servers are having the trouble rather than plusnet and i will do some further study.
