I am paying £9.99 per month for unlimited broadband, I should be paying £4.99
What happened to the 12 month half price unlimited broadband deal that it said i had when i was signing up?!
should i phone them up and tell them about this ?
if im stuck with this £9.99 bill. i may as well get the 6month unlimited fibre broadband. its the same price!

From the 'Unlimited' FAQ
Quote I’m currently receiving a promotional/retention discount. Will I lose this when changing to one of the new products?
Yes, any promotional discount will be removed as part of the account change journey.

have you had an invoice? 9.99 is the price and discount will be taken off it, I suspect.

yes, you can see the special off discount of 5, that will be deducted each month - the reason why this one is more looks like the p&p for your router.
