What happened to the 12 month half price unlimited broadband deal that it said i had when i was signing up?!

should i phone them up and tell them about this ?
if im stuck with this £9.99 bill. i may as well get the 6month unlimited fibre broadband. its the same price!

I’m currently receiving a promotional/retention discount. Will I lose this when changing to one of the new products?

Are you a new customer on unlimited or are you an existing customer who changed product?

Re: Paying to much for broadband.

have you had an invoice? 9.99 is the price and discount will be taken off it, I suspect.

Re: Paying to much for broadband.

yes, you can see the special off discount of 5, that will be deducted each month - the reason why this one is more looks like the p&p for your router.
