I too am having this problem. Im using a pretty new computer, tried IE, FF, and Chrome and its happening in them all. Some websites load straight away others take ages and time out and some just dont load the pictures. I thought it might of been my AV at first but even after switching off it still does it. Speed acording to speedtest isnt affected during the loading times either and manages a stable 72Mbps (i was quoted 80 and 76 but ive never got those speeds).
Any ideas to help?

The internet as a whole Kelly.
As I said when I started the thread, it's not all sites, and it's also not all of the time on certain sites.
It's random, and happens day and night.
My connection is fine:

I seem to have small amounts of packet loss all the time.
The failed DNS readings are high to.

Looks like we've started seeing some spikes, although not as high as previously at some points again. These seem to start around the 21st Feb until the 26th (obviously may happen today as we're only partway through it).
