That graph is showing a fault.
@ Simon - Can you try another router to rule out the issue being your Fritzbox?

OK, so no one needs me to point out that your graph shows a problem  Cheesy
I done a couple of retests just to be sure and again everything looks good. Like AndyH said, it's going to be worth ruling out your Fritz!box at the very least.
To me, this is purely a Data Transfer issue rather than a potential service issue so ruling out equipment would be the next step. I'm guessing you're using your Fritz!box as a VDSL Modem/Router?
