Hi u5erx,
As far as I know that error is an authentication error. Double check your username and password. Has it happened since?

Hi
Username and password is correct, as it was/is happening intermittently throughout yesterday/today via my Vodafone K3520 broadband USB stick.
Note: this has worked without issue previously as i've used the same USB stick for the past 2 years, which led me to believe it may be a problem at Plus's end?
Obviously i dont experience this problem when connecting my notebook to my home broadband router.
Can you offer any further advice, pls?

I saw it a few times yesterday but a retry was fine - asked for a password/username

Unfortunately 'retry' is not making a difference for me.
Also tried putting in the password again, no joy
