PN linespeed

Having moved from Tiscali to PN in January my IP profile and PN linespeed settled down at 750 (probably the best I can ever expect). Two weeks ago after many disconnections and a very slow connection speed, both my IP profile and PN linespeed dropped to 250. On Monday (15 March) my IP profile changed back to 750 but my PN linespeed has remained at 500. How long should it take for the linespeed to match the IP profile?

24 hours unless a PN Digital Support member does it earlier manually.

Re: PN linespeed

Maybe one of the support team will pick up on this thread and give it a nudge in the right direction.

Re: PN linespeed

Hi dd,
I've changed this for you now - you may need to reboot the router to see the new speed though.
