PN 'current line speed' profile adjustment to match BT's IP profile, please

I'd be grateful if someone at PN was able to change my PN 'Current line speed' profile (6.5Mb at present) to match the BT IP Profile (8018 kbps), please.

If it 20CN you have to wait for 3-5 days before BT profile to change and will passed onto Plusnet to change it automatically.

I can see the speed on our systems has already updated to 8000, hope that's improved things for you?

Thanks - much better. It updated itself at about 0930 this morning.
